One of his specialties in a unique style of deep tissue sports massage — or St. John Neuromuscular Therapy (N.M.T) that is extremely advanced, providing a detailed blend of modalities that takes clients to a new level of relief beyond only treating their symptoms.
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) massage allows the fresh blood to return to the areas of the body in which they are responsible for the proper function and pain and stiffness are decreased. This allows up to 50% faster recovery. NMT breaks down scar tissue and makes muscles more pliable which allows for better healing of the muscle.
Scar tissue must be reduced with NMT therapy so that it does not limit your injury recovery, range of motion, flexibility and strength. When scar tissue is ignored it can result in adhesions or fibrous growths that attach to the Scar tissue or tears in the tissue.
Repetitive motion on the job, or sports injuries impact your nerves that make your muscles and joints move are being impaired by pressure from other tissues, vertebrae and disks:
Stage 1 means Nerves are being compressed.
Stage 2 means nerves are being entrapped.
Sterve age 3 means that are being suffocated.
